We collect information you provide when creating an account (email, password, optional company name and logo), and data you enter into quotes (customer names, emails, addresses, line items, and project details). We also collect usage data necessary to operate the service (e.g. authentication, PDF generation, email delivery).
How we use your data
Your data is used to provide the QuotePDF service: creating and storing quotes, generating PDFs, sending emails to your customers, and managing your account and subscription. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics cookies (e.g. Plausible) to understand how the site is used, in a privacy-friendly way that does not track individuals across sites.
Third parties
We rely on the following services to run QuotePDF. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Supabase — database and authentication (hosting and storing your account and quote data).
- Resend — transactional email (sending quote emails and PDFs to you and your customers).
- Stripe — payments (processing subscriptions; we do not store your full card details).
Data retention and your rights
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. You may have rights under applicable law (e.g. access, correction, deletion, portability). Contact us at hello@quotepdf.com for requests.
