Service description

QuotePDF provides a web-based tool to create, send, and manage professional PDF quotes. The service includes a free tier (limited number of quotes) and a paid subscription for unlimited quotes. Features may change over time; we will communicate material changes.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for your use of the service. You must not use QuotePDF for illegal purposes, to send spam, or to infringe others' rights. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must comply with applicable laws (e.g. data protection, consumer disclosure) when sending quotes to your customers.

Payment terms

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly (or as stated on the pricing page). Payment is processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy and applicable law. We may change subscription prices with reasonable notice.

Liability

QuotePDF is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or business arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or for operational or legal reasons. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; we may retain or delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
